HBK’s parent company, Quanta Services, Inc., owns a 50% interest in a joint venture company, LUMA Energy, LLC.   In 2020, the LUMA joint venture was selected to operate, maintain and modernize the approximately 18,000-mile electric transmission and distribution system in Puerto Rico.
